Ann Arbor Massage Therapist Amy Prior
I am licensed by the State of Michigan, a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). and certified by the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy. I service the Ann Arbor, MI area, focusing on neuromuscular massage and myofascial deep tissue massage therapies. I work with you to determine your pain issues and attack areas of pain and tension by loosening the muscle and fascia and bringing you better muscular health and balance.
If you experience lots of stress and anxiety, chronic pain issues from work situations or an automobile accident, muscle soreness, headaches, low back/neck/shoulder/hip pain, or reduced range of motion, I can help!
Work situations, posture, and sleep positions are some of the things that can contribute to muscular imbalance leading to chronic pain.
NOTE: All sessions by appointment only. I do not accept walk-ins or same-day appointments. Sorry, no home visits or couples massages.
Cash/credit card payments accepted.

"Amy is such a picture of perfect health, and her energy is so good and pure, that you feel 1000% better even before she starts your massage session. She is highly professional and competent; add empathy and compassion for good measure, and you couldn't have a more ideal massage therapist than Amy!"
--Liza, Ann Arbor
"I have been a client of Amy Prior Massage for well over a year, enjoying monthly and bi-monthly relaxation massages. She is always kind, caring and professional. The environment is serene and relaxing. A bonus for me is the 80"s music that is played in the background at a low volume. I would highly recommend Amy Prior Massage to anyone for either therapeutic or deep tissue massage services."
--Doug, Ann Arbor
"Been to a chiropractor and PT physical therapy for my bad back and legs. This was okay, but didn't compare to the deep muscle massage. I've seen Amy three times and I was playing golf the third week. Not good, but at least I was playing. Thank you, Amy."
--Phil, Ann Arbor
"Amy certainly knows how to loosen up my stiff and sore muscles on my back and neck. She is the massage therapist worth going to! Also, Amy will give exactly the kind of pressure you want."
