I believe that good massage therapy combined with chiropractic or physical therapy treatments can help maintain proper body alignment and keep you in better health than just one or the other alone. It's because the body's skeletal system and musculature are influenced by each other. If you adjust the body's structure, but not the tight muscles around it, then those muscles will pull the spine out of alignment again.

My clients are my top priority. I work with you to help you get rid of your pain. My primary goal is to attack trigger points--tight areas in muscles that cause pain and may refer pain to other areas of the body--and keep the pain from coming back.
